Reserve Your Space with Just a $100 Deposit.
Monthly payment plans are available for all marketplace spaces.
Pay in Full: Priority booth placement consideration, Founding Merchant recognition, and first-round
location assignments.
Monthly Payment Plan: Secure your booth with a $100 non-refundable deposit and spread
remaining payments over the months leading up to the festival. Final balance due November 1,
2026.

11’–20′ Frontage: 4 Vendor Passes, 2 Parking Permits, 4 Guest Passes
21’–30′ Frontage: 6 Vendor Passes, 3 Parking Permits, 6 Guest Passes
Additional working credentials for family members, employees, apprentices, demonstrators, and
business partners may be approved at no charge.

Vendor Expectations

Preferred: Canvas tents, Renaissance-themed structures, artisan-built displays, and period-inspired
facades.

White pop-up canopies, plastic garage shelters, bright modern advertising, and visible storage totes
are generally not permitted.

Insurance Requirement
$1,000,000 Per Occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate.
Certificate holders: Heritage Horizons Holdings LLC, Heritage Horizons Event Management LLC,
and Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival (TCRF).
